1. I can't see the flavour I want, do you do other flavours?
Of course. If you don't see a flavour on the site that you want, simply get in contact with us and we'll let you know if we can get the flavour you want.
2. Are your products gluten free?
Yes all our products are gluten free. If they contain gluten we will make this clear on the product page.
3. Are your marshmallows suitable for vegetarians?
Sadly not at the moment but it is something that we are working on.
4. Where do you deliver your marshmallows too?
We deliver UK wide. We have designed our marshmallows so they will go through your letter box so they you don't need to be in to receive them.
5. Can I order in advance?
Of course. Simply contact us and let us know when you would like them.
6. How much notice do you need?
Ideally at least 7 days notice. We make everything fresh to order as we want our product to get to you in the best possible condition. If you need a faster turnaround then simply contact us and will do our best to meet your deadline.
7. Can I collect directly from you?
Of course. Please just get in contact and we can arrange a time for collection.
